Fats, Oils and Grease Abatement Training

The Western States Alliance, a project of the Pollution Prevention Resource Center, is providing a free technical training in Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) abatement. Sponsors include the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the City of Alamo, Texas.
